This night is all about raising money to support “The Shirt” campaign. We are giving our services free of charge, and hope that you will feel it a worthy cause to come and put your hand in your pocket…. it won’t cost you and arm or a leg, just 5 euros on the door is all that is asked.
The Charity
Bjørn Heidenstrøm cyles from Oslo to South Africa to collect signed football jerseys from all teams in all genre. All shirts shall be sewn together to form the world’s largest signed football-shirt – a symbol that football stands together and won’t forget the young refugees.
The project is in cooperation with The Refugee Council and their campaign: “Forget me not”
The trip started from the Nobel peace centre in Oslo 20. June and in the course of 10 months shall Bjorn have been visited over 50 countries.
He arrived in Northern Spain last weekend and is attending events as he makes his way down to the costa del sol JK’s are playing host to the Inland event and Bjorn will be giving us inspiring insights to his progress.
