This is my story;

I’d like to tell you how I became a healthier and happier person at the young age of 40 something,
Like many people I had gained and lost weight for most of my life — I was almost a professional dieter, I knew the ins and outs of every diet on the market and I was often drawn in by the promises of a quick fix from the diet industry. In 2005, My Husband planned a trip to Australia and I wanted to look really great for the holiday. Despite my efforts, I was not able to lose and keep off the weight that I wanted to lose for this special holiday.

Being honest my working life was so busy that my husband and I ate out about 4 times a week and me being a lover of food, well I just found it difficult losing the extra little that I wanted in order to feel really great about myself.

Down At The Gym:

At my local gym I met a guy called Paul who introduced me to Herbalife and I soon found myself losing the weight that I wanted. I also found I was able to keep off the weight by using the products on a regular basis.

That was a turning point for me. I realized my love of food yet not wanting to diet was a little contradictory, but by taking a shake every morning and lunch time I was able to eat what I wanted in the evening. I also knew that exercise was a key ingredient of weight loss and I exercised two or three times a week, the exercise alone did not help me to lose the few pounds I wanted to lose, but coupled with the products it had great lasting results.

So I became a Herbalife distributor, firstly to supplement the cost of the products I used. I soon realized that there was something extra to be earned by introducing others to the products that had been good for my weight loss, and I started looking for other people interested in losing weight and earning a living in the process.
